Shipping Policy
At Complete Care Cosmetics LLC, every product is handcrafted with precision and care. To ensure the highest quality, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. During this time, we create, label, and carefully package your products. Processing times exclude weekends and holidays. Once processed, orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.
Delivery Timeline:
Total delivery time = Processing time (5-7 business days) + Shipping time (2-3 business days).
Orders are shipped exclusively Tuesday through Friday.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers, at the time of purchase.
Making Changes: If you realize there is an error in your address, please email us immediately at completecarecosmetics@gmail.com with the correct information. Address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to adjust the delivery address or take responsibility for misdeliveries.
Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if delivery is unsuccessful because no one was available to receive it, customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package. These fees will be determined based on current shipping rates.
Responsibility for Delivery
Complete Care Cosmetics LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout. Refunds will not be issued for such instances.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but is lost or stolen, Complete Care Cosmetics LLC cannot be held responsible. In such situations, we encourage customers to contact the carrier directly for assistance. We can provide tracking details, delivery confirmation, and carrier information upon request to help you resolve the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives with a damaged item, an incorrect product, or is missing an item, please email us at completecarecosmetics@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. For efficient resolution, you may be asked to provide photographs of the items or packaging for verification.
Please note: Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be provided for orders that were confirmed as delivered to the address provided during checkout.
